When the site is accessed, our hosting system processes technically necessary connection data, including time, requested address, transferred volume, browser/device information and IP address. This supports secure delivery, error analysis and attack prevention.

If you contact us, we process your contact details and message content to handle and document your request.
Account, purchases and downloads
Once sales begin, account, order, payment-status and entitlement data will be processed to perform the contract. Download events will be logged sparingly to verify access rights, limits, abuse prevention and partner statements.
Age assurance and payment providers
These services are not active yet. Before activation, this notice will identify providers, purposes, data categories, legal bases, recipients, retention periods and possible international transfers. Identity documents should not be stored by ANKNAMON where an approved provider can transmit a privacy-preserving age result.
Cookies and analytics
We currently use no advertising or analytics cookies. Strictly necessary storage may only be used where required for a service explicitly requested. Non-essential technologies will only be enabled after valid consent.
Retention and rights
Data is retained only as long as required for its purpose or statutory obligations. Subject to applicable conditions, individuals have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
