1. Scope
These terms apply to digital content purchased from Andreas Knapp under the ANKNAMON – Our Intimate Journey brand. Only one-time purchases are offered at launch.
2. Contract and price
The product page and checkout summary show content, scope, explicitness level, price and key access requirements. The contract is formed only after successful payment confirmation and our contract confirmation. Prices are shown in EUR including applicable VAT.
3. Adult status and access
Purchases and protected content are intended for adults only. Content requiring a closed adult group will additionally use appropriate age/identity verification and authentication for every access. A simple 18+ confirmation does not replace this process.
4. Delivery
After confirmed payment, a personal protected entitlement is created. Downloads may only take place through the designated account functions or short-lived links. Availability, formats, file count and any download limits are shown before purchase.
5. Private-use licence
The purchase grants a simple, non-exclusive and non-transferable right for private use. Publication, sharing, resale, public display, commercial use, editing for redistribution, or uploads to platforms, shared cloud storage or AI-training services are prohibited.
6. Withdrawal, defects and suspension
The separate withdrawal notice applies. Statutory remedies remain unaffected. Where there is substantiated suspicion of unlawful sharing, circumvention of age assurance or abusive access, we may temporarily secure or suspend access; legitimate customer claims remain unaffected.
