For order questions, include the order number and email used for purchase. Do not send passwords, identity documents or full payment details by email.
Rights infringement or non-consensual content
Depicted persons and rights holders may request confidential review and temporary restriction. Where possible, include the exact URL or collection, your relationship to the content, the reason for the report and a secure reply channel. If sensitive evidence is needed, we will request it through a protected transfer route.
Immediate action
Where a report is credible, affected previews, products or downloads may be restricted as a precaution while identity, releases and chain of rights are reviewed. Decisions and changes are documented internally.
Abuse and security
Report unauthorised sharing, compromised access or security issues without redistributing the affected files. Instead, describe where and when they were found and any identifying details.
