Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. The applicable period, method and address will be stated in the final reviewed withdrawal notice and contract confirmation on a durable medium.
Digital content
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal can only end early after the customer expressly consents to performance beginning before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledges the resulting loss of that right, and receives the required contract confirmation.
ANKNAMON therefore records consent and acknowledgement separately. Immediate delivery must not begin without them.
Exercise withdrawal
Until the final legal review, withdrawal may be communicated clearly by email. Please include your name, purchase email, order number, collection and order date.
